Cyborg is cyborg that can be encountered in Sewers East (Las Vegas), and Sewers West (Las Vegas). Cyborgs have bodies made up of tungsten fibers and armor plates, with some having protruding wires and steel net armor. They usually employ conventional hand-held weapons.
